A leading financial services firm in the UK is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to drive growth in the Equity Release market. This home-based role includes managing call inquiries, securing meetings with Advisers, and attending industry events. Ideal candidates have strong B2B sales experience, an understanding of the UK Equity Release industry, and a proven track record in exceeding sales targets. Today, operating from our offices in Preston, we help over 1000 people every month to confidently release cash from their homes, significantly growing year on year to become one of the largest lifetime mortgage lenders in the UK.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional, to join us as in a Business Development Role. You'll be a hunter, more than a farmer and someone who eats, sleeps and repeats Business Development. We need a do-er and a straight talking sales professional who can bring results quickly.
This role is home based, and will cover the Midlands and the South of the UK.

Busy, busy, busy… 80% of your time will be making calls and taking call enquiries for potential cases from your panel of Firms & Advisers, 20% of your time will be attending meetings or events such as network or industry expo's, you will also book meetings with your panel Firms & Advisers as necessary. It's very rewarding when you've spent time with Advisers explaining our product proposition and the opportunities for them within the equity release market. You can literally see the penny drop when they realise the true potential of equity release for them and their business and you know that your meeting has added value to them.
