Qualifications

  • Experience in the later life market and intermediary distribution is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the retirement market is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • 80% of your time will be making calls to potential cases.
  • Attend meetings and events to promote products.
  • Book meetings with panel Firms & Advisers as necessary.

More2Life is part of the Key Group of companies and has been a pioneering force in the Equity Release market since its launch in 2008. Today, operating from our offices in Preston, we help over 1000 people every month to confidently release cash from their homes, significantly growing year on year to become one of the largest lifetime mortgage lenders in the UK.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional, to join us as in a Business Development Role. You'll be a hunter, more than a farmer and someone who eats, sleeps and repeats Business Development. We need a do-er and a straight talking sales professional who can bring results quickly.

This role is home based, and will cover the Midlands and the South of the UK.

Describe a typical day:

Busy, busy, busy… 80% of your time will be making calls and taking call enquiries for potential cases from your panel of Firms & Advisers, 20% of your time will be attending meetings or events such as network or industry expo's, you will also book meetings with your panel Firms & Advisers as necessary. It's very rewarding when you've spent time with Advisers explaining our product proposition and the opportunities for them within the equity release market. You can literally see the penny drop when they realise the true potential of equity release for them and their business and you know that your meeting has added value to them.

We would really like to talk to you if you have;
  • An understanding of the UK Equity Release/Mortgage industry.
  • Business to Business B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
It would be a nice bonus if you also had;
  • An understanding of the later life market and intermediary distribution ideal.
  • Knowledge of the retirement market
  • CeMAP or similar equivalent qualifications.
