A telecommunications company in Burnley seeks a Telecoms Provisioning and Customer Service Advisor. This role involves customer service, fault diagnostics, billing, and technical support. The ideal candidate should have a telecom background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. LH-Recruitment are looking to recruit Telecoms Provisioning and Customer Service Advisor. Our client is a Business Telecommunications company which has grown significantly in the last few years.
We are now looking for someone who possesses a strong technical understanding and has good provisioning, billing and fault‑finding qualities to support the growth of our operations team.
Your role as Customer Service and Provisioning Adviser focuses on customer service and a mixture of provisioning, fault diagnostics (Phone lines/Broadband mainly), billing and technical support issues. You should be calm, technically minded, and positive with the ability to handle customers and suppliers effectively. You should have a can‑do attitude, a strong desire to succeed and possess excellent IT and business communication skills with a polite but assertive telephone manner.
You will need attention to detail to place provisioning orders with accuracy and will be required to log faults and issues from customers and pass them to suppliers and engineering teams.
Provide day‑to‑day support to existing customers; you should be competent with Excel, Word, web portals and quick to learn technical processes.
