A local government authority in Greater London is seeking a skilled Telecoms Engineer to enhance their telephony services and develop new solutions for their Contact Centre. The role requires expertise with SIP Telephony Platform, Openscape, and an understanding of call routing logic. You will ensure effective service delivery as part of a critical strategic initiative. This position offers a salary between £55,158 and £57,018 and is temporary for up to 12 months.

We are looking for a skilled Telecoms engineer with in‑depth knowledge of SIP Telephony Platform, Openscape, and engineering‑level understanding of Netcall. The candidate should be familiar with IVR design principles and call routing logic. You will work with the Networks and Telephony team to support current telephony services and play a significant role in developing new services to enhance our Contact Centre as we migrate to Liberty Converse CX. This is a key part of the Council’s REAP strategy to deliver improved Contact Centre provision to our residents.
