Hours per week: 36

Contract type: Temporary up to 12 months

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Telecoms engineer with in‑depth knowledge of SIP Telephony Platform, Openscape, and engineering‑level understanding of Netcall. The candidate should be familiar with IVR design principles and call routing logic. You will work with the Networks and Telephony team to support current telephony services and play a significant role in developing new services to enhance our Contact Centre as we migrate to Liberty Converse CX. This is a key part of the Council’s REAP strategy to deliver improved Contact Centre provision to our residents.
