A leading IT services provider based in the United Kingdom seeks a Site Operations Technician to support IT infrastructure across various locations. Responsibilities include maintaining IT equipment, conducting health checks, and managing ServiceNow incidents. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting, and a full clean UK manual driver's license. This position allows for involvement in critical IT operations projects while ensuring seamless functioning of the IT systems within stores.
The IT Site Operations team are the most hands‑on team within the Tech department. Working closely with other IT Support Teams in Metro Bank the team provides hands‑on support at our sites (Stores and Amaze Direct) bridging the gap between the sites and the other IT Teams within.
