Job summary

A leading airline company is seeking a Technical Training Instructor to deliver safety training and develop training content for E&M staff across Europe. The successful candidate will have experience in a P-145 environment and possess strong communication skills. This is a hybrid role offering a 1-year fixed-term contract, supporting work-life balance and encouraging diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering Part 145 continuation trainings.
  • Experience using online training solutions is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Safety Training including Human Factors to E&M staff.
  • Develop and maintain Safety Training in accordance with regulations.
  • Incorporate feedback from Safety courses into training material.

As Technical Training Instructor you will play a key role in delivering the TUI E&M Continuation Training Package and other specialized trainings to all E&M staff of TUI Airline across Europe. Join an international based team in an hybrid working model.

1 year fixed term contract

ABOUT THE JOB

Deliver Safety Training, including Human Factors and other Part 145 training, to all E&M staff via classroom sessions or remotely (Teams).

  • Includes but not limited to: Goods receiving training Form 1 control and issue
  • Train the Trainer
  • Gen Fam Trainings
  • Engine run‑up & borescope trainings
  • Other related Part 145 training requirements (EWIS, FTS, etc.)
  • Ongoing development of existing and new training course content.
  • Maintain the TUI e‑learning platform regarding course content and course assignments.
  • Develop and maintain Safety Training, including Human Factors, in accordance with EASA/UK Part 145 regulations and organizational procedures, events, and updates.
  • Incorporate feedback and experience from Safety & HF courses into training material, including trend analysis and reported errors from the wider industry.
  • Report directly to the Training Team Leader P‑145.
ABOUT YOU
  • Experience in either P‑145 or P‑M working environment (Bachelor in Aerospace or Part 66 AML would be advantageous)
  • Experience in delivery of Part 145 continuation trainings; specialized tasks such as Form 1, Receiving Inspections, etc. would be advantageous
  • Experience using online training solutions (desirable but not essential)
  • Maintenance Safety & Human Factors Instructor Training (desirable but not essential)Self‑motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong team player
