Technical Trainer – White Goods

£38,000-£42,000

40 hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 am to 3:45 pm on Friday

Staffordshire (with UK travel once a month)

Company van provided

What you’ll do:

• Deliver engaging, hands‑on technical training on a range of industry‑leading products
• Develop training materials, guides and assessments
• Support engineers and customers in understanding installation, service and maintenance procedures
• Keep up to date with product developments to ensure training content remains current
• Represent the business during monthly UK‑wide visits (travel fully supported with a company van)

What we’re looking for:

• Engineering background with strong mechanical/electrical understanding
• Either an experienced engineer seeking a move into training or an existing technical trainer with relevant product experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A passion for helping others develop their skills
