The Role

You’ll play a key role in the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Acturis training across the business. This will include:

  • Delivering Acturis training to users at different experience levels (classroom & virtual)
  • Supporting system rollouts, upgrades and enhancements
  • Creating and updating training materials, guides and eLearning content
  • Assessing training needs and tailoring sessions accordingly
  • Supporting users post-training and feeding back improvements
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business
Who We're Looking For

We’re open to two types of background:

  • Experienced Software / Acturis Trainers
  • OR
  • Acturis Users from the Business (brokers, ops, admin, system SMEs) who are confident with the platform and would love to move into training

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong hands‑on Acturis experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Confidence presenting to individuals and groups
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in learning & development

Previous training experience is a bonus - but not essential if you have the right attitude and system knowledge.
