Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Team Leader in Residential Conveyancing with 5+ Years PQE. This role offers remote working and a competitive salary (DOE).

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident legal professional who enjoys solving complex issues and supporting a high-performing team. JOB REF: 0609

  • Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 Years PQE seeking a new challenge.
  • You will be responsible for drafting comprehensive contract report letters for new development sites and individual sales, as well as clear conveyancing search report letters for clients.
  • Review development documentation to ensure suitability for residential sales and mortgage lender security requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on technical legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation within the department.
  • Possess strong knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms.
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Work in a supportive, collaborative environment that values expertise and encourages professional growth.
