Job description

Our leading software solutions business within the real estate sector are looking for a Techncial Systems Analyst who has some basic accounting skills and ideally has a degree in Computer Science/Finance & accounting or similar fields who will be responsible for providing technical support for a wide range of software solutions, which are designed to meet the unique needs of different real estate markets across the globe.

You will play a key role in resolving software issues over email and phone and collaborating closely with clients. Your ability to combine technical expertise with a customer-centric approach will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and driving their success with solutions.

You will be required to be on site 1/2 days per week in Milton keynes (more for initial training period) and work remotely for the rest of the week. Strong communication skills are key and you need the right to work in the UK as the client doesnt offer sponsorship.
