Technical Surveyor needed in Catford, London

The rate is £25.00ph PAYE

Responsibilities

• Make technical recommendations and manage inspections of properties and communal areas for inclusion into a leasing scheme.
• Carry out inspections of dwellings and advise on methods of repairs and adaptation; provide technical input to the temporary accommodation team regarding repairs and maintenance of stock.
• Issue works orders and ensure efficient cost control; supervise all works as they proceed and on completion; instruct contractors to remedy any defects as appropriate.
