Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and web.
  • Troubleshoot communication systems — including Ethernet, serial, satellite, radio, and cellular.
  • Configure and support Campbell Scientific software products.
  • Write, test, and support CRBasic datalogger programs to interface with sensors and protocols.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for customers on system operation and best practices.
  • Support system testing, documentation, and configuration activities.
  • Travel within the UK and internationally to support clients and installations.
  • Continually develop your skills in programming, systems integration, and customer engagement.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
