• Strong meeting facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the HACCP team.
• Manage and maintain the site Quality Management System (QMS).
• Investigate non-conformances and complaints with production leaders.
• Carry out root cause analyses where necessary.
• Implement improvement plans for quality with production leaders.
• Supervise QA Technicians, Product Technologist, and Technical Coordinator.
• Oversee supplier approval and risk assessments.
• Review and interpret laboratory analysis.
• Deputize for the Head of Technical.
• Train on technical procedures.
• Promote a proactive food safety culture.
