Job summary

A leading Technical Service Provider in Slough is seeking a Technical Services Manager to oversee engineering services across a large campus. The role involves managing maintenance costs, ensuring client services meet SLAs, and handling technical reports. Position: Technical Services Manager (Data Centres)

Salary: £70k – £75k

Trevett Services is delighted to partner with a leading Technical Service Provider that has grown exponentially in the Data Centre space for the appointment of Technical Services Manager. Reporting to the Technical Director, the role is responsible for the efficient operation of the critical and non‑critical engineering services across a large campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage costs related to delivery of maintenance activities (specialist and self‑perform)
  • Ensure that all client services, computer rooms, data networks, manufacturing and revenue‑earning services meet client requirements or appropriate SLAs
  • Provide technical management reports as required
  • Ensure all critical related engineering maintenance documentation/records are kept in clearly identified and retrievable systems
About you
  • You are an Electrician with recognised qualifications (apprenticeship, HND, C&G)
  • Hold the 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
  • Must be HVAP
  • Have held a senior Technical/Engineering/Maintenance position in Data Centres, Banking Institutions, or other critical environments
