Overview
My client who operate within the heavy machinery and plant hire industry, are looking for a technical sales executive to join their expanding team covering the North West region, within their lifting and safety division.
Responsibilities
- Delivering within the assigned territory profitable growth, through development of both new and existing accounts
- Promoting Lifting & Safety equipment and services to all potential companies/markets within your assigned territory
- Managing appointments, schedules and time by effective planning of calls, travel and meetings
- Offering feedback regarding Company image, competitiveness, unexploited opportunities, technological developments, competitors, customer businesses/activities
- Delivering sales presentations to our major account customers at a senior management level and attending depot/customer trade days to promote our product offering
- DRIVING LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE AS FIELD BASED
- You will also work with other business departments, to ensure pro-active promotion of business opportunities/cross selling for Lifting and Safety equipment within their existing customer bases too
Role Details
- This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
- Salary up to £35,000 depending upon experience
- As this is a field-based sales position, you will be provided with a company vehicle or paid vehicle allowance
- There are monthly, quarterly bonus schemes available which can see you making a realistic 1st year OTE of £55,000 - £60,000+ and growing year on year
- The company also operates an annual 10% of basic salary bonus based upon company performance
