Job summary

A leading provider of industrial solutions is seeking an experienced Area Sales Engineer to work fully remote. You will be responsible for designing and selling industry-leading dust extraction solutions, offering technical support, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical sales within the dust extraction industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently. P601/P602 qualifications are a plus. Competitive salary and OTE included.

  • Solid background in providing Technical Support and effective problem-solving.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to engage with clients and collaborate with teams.
  • Experience in Sales and developing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of dust extraction systems and related applications is essential.

Area Sales Engineer | Fully Remote | Salary up to £50000 | OTE £70,000 | Company Car

Cherry Professional are currently a Area Sales Engineer. You will be responsible for designing, specifying and selling our industry leading dust extraction solutions to customers, providing technical support and advice to clients, and ensuring that only the best, fully compliant solutions are offered.

Responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively with our internal technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Understanding, managing, and interpreting customer technical requirements
  • Offering product demonstration
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
  • Support the sales cycle from initial contact through to contract closure.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to align solution offerings with market needs.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering within the dust extraction/filtration industry
  • Solid background in providing Technical Support and effective problem-solving
  • Exceptional Communication skills to engage with clients and collaborate with teams
  • Experience in Sales and developing client relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role and manage time efficiently
  • Strong understanding of dust extraction systems and related applications is essential
  • P601/P602 qualification would be advantageous
