Experience working within an automated manufacturing environment

The ability to lead and coach a team within an automated manufacturing environment

Demonstrable experience of machine operation fault‑finding and repair

A motivated hands‑on can‑do attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure

A proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities and a keen eye for process improvement opportunities

Strong IT skills including working with ERP systems (we use IFS)
