For over 6 years we have been offering sellers and their customers unique eBay seller protection, Fast delivery in DE & UK, and fulfilment throughout the EU. Every day we ship thousands of parcels in Germany and Europe. Position Overview

To support and develop our products locally (Europe) and globally, we are seeking for an experienced Technical Product and Project Manager who understands the technical side of product management and development. ≥C1 German and English are essential. You will lead and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the seller and buyer experience. You research and analyse the customer journey, you oversee and run projects, and you manage partnerships. You support, ensure and expand seamless integration with eBay and other multi-channel third-party providers (ERPs like Base, JTL, Plentymarkets etc.).

Your tasks and responsibilities
  • Manage, monitor, and drive progress on critical projects addressing escalated issues from European teams. You gather requirements, drive automation, suggest seller portal enhancements, website and information optimization, and overall improvements in the seller / buyer journey.
  • Report into the European head of Product in the UK and collaborate closely with HQ and international teams to align on goals and deliver results.
  • You take charge of widening our partner portfolio of ERP and platform integrations and manage the process of selection, liaising and finalizing integrations with third parties.
  • Provide issue resolution support to our customers by investigating and troubleshooting system challenges (API, ERP-systems, etc.). You facilitate technical and product expertise to the Customer Service and Business Development teams.
  • You help create materials to support seller onboarding and seller success.
  • Support CS in customer-centric development initiatives and lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Partner with the Business Development (BD) and Key Account Managers to optimize and streamline seller onboarding processes.
  • Leverage product expertise across WMS, OMS, and multi-channel capabilities to deliver tailored business solutions that meet the specific needs of sellers.
  • Provide product development insights based on local e-commerce market trends and align internal systems with market requirements.
Qualifications
  • Degree and / or experience in IT, Digital Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics and preferably product marketing and development.
  • Good knowledge of web services, SQL, API, BI and log analysis, with the ability to troubleshoot software issues.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German (C1+) and English (C1+).
  • Already located in the greater Berlin area and already entitled to work and live in Germany.
