Reporting to: Safety & Building Services Manager
Salary: £25,276 - £27,604 per annum
Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays
Contractual hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks
Basis: Full time, Permanent
Pension: NEST Pension
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Campus Services team at Middlesbrough College. In this role, you’ll provide technical administrative support, manage service requests through the Halo ticketing system, and produce reports for monitoring meetings. You’ll oversee the College vehicle fleet, maintain archives, and coordinate porterage and building services activities. The position also involves managing minor maintenance works, liaising with contractors, and supporting data interrogation for BMS and CCTV systems.
