A leading performance marketing agency in Bristol is seeking a Performance Marketing Tracking Specialist to optimize technical infrastructure for campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience with tracking distribution systems, automation tools, and data analysis. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £28k to £50k based on experience, along with a benefits package and hybrid working model.
Join an exciting start-up working directly with the MD to build and optimise the technical infrastructure behind performance marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
We’re looking for a technically minded specialist who understands tracking distribution systems (Keitaro, Binom, Voluum or similar), traffic flow and how to connect the dots between lead capture, routing and delivery. You’ll be the person ensuring campaigns run smoothly end-to-end, with full data integrity from click to conversion.
If you have experience with automation tools like Make.com or Zapier, know your way around Meta Lead Ads, and enjoy configuring tracking systems, setting up integrations and solving technical challenges in performance marketing, this role is for you.
You’ll be working with tracking platforms (Keitaro, Binom, Voluum, Thrive Tracker), automation tools (Make.com, Zapier), lead management systems (Leadbyte, Metalink), Meta Lead Ads & Business Manager, Google Sheets, various CRM systems and API/webservice integrations.
Competitive salary (£28-50k depending on experience), benefits package and hybrid working in Bristol (1 day per week in office). You’ll work directly with the MD in a growing start-up environment where your technical expertise will have real impact.
