Technical Manager - Hertfordshire

Due to some growth in the business, a privately owned bespoke developer are looking to take on a Technical Manager. A great opportunity for someone with strong leadership, deep technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex residential developments. In this role, you will work autonomously and have the opportunity to lead and grow your own team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate design consultants and technical approvals
