A leading food manufacturing company in Northampton is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee food safety, quality, and compliance. This pivotal role involves driving continuous improvement to align with customer and regulatory standards, including BRC and Organic certifications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HACCP and quality management systems, along with qualifications in Food Science. This position offers the chance to significantly impact quality standards within a dynamic production environment.
Location: Northampton
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead food safety, quality, and compliance across our client’s site. This hands‑on role is central to maintaining high standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring ongoing compliance with customer, regulatory, and third‑party accreditation requirements, including BRC, BMPA, and Organic standards.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with UK food safety legislation and maintaining BRC accreditation, reporting to the company directors.
