• Oversee and manage the significant scheme from planning through delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and timely delivery in a busy, high-demand region.

Qualifications

• Technical or Design Managers with previous residential or mixed-use experience within a similar developer or main contractor.
• Experienced Technical and Design Coordinators will also be considered if they have worked on all elements and on both traditional build and RC frame projects.
