A leading property developer in Hemel Hempstead seeks a Technical Manager to oversee the preparation of technical designs and packages. You will manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in technical management for residential projects, particularly mixed-use schemes, and be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft 365. Working closely with the Technical Team, the Technical Manager will be empowered to take responsibility for progressing all design required by the Production team and other departments, delivering fully detailed construction packages and Building Regulation approval.
By being proactive and conscious of time and budget constraints, the Technical Manager allocates resources and identifies cost-effective solutions, so projects have minimal delays and objectives are met, from feasibility to site completion.

The standard default full-time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
