Job summary

A leading construction firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a design-led Technical Manager to manage a significant flagship residential project. The successful candidate will have RC frame experience and strong client and stakeholder management skills, overseeing technical design coordination from early development through to delivery on site. Knowledge of high-rise applications and modern construction standards is advantageous. This is a key role within a well-respected Tier 1 Contractor/Developer with a robust project pipeline.

We are working exclusively with a well-respected Tier 1 Contractor / Developer who have a significant pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects due to commence across the South East from 2026 onwards. We are seeking a design-led Technical Manager with strong client and stakeholder management skills to take ownership of a brand-new flagship scheme, overseeing all stages from early design development through to delivery on site.

The ideal candidate will have proven RC frame experience and a solid background in managing complex technical design coordination across multi-disciplinary teams. Although not essential, exposure to High-Rise Building (HRB) applications, Building Safety Act compliance, and modern residential construction standards would be highly advantageous.
