A construction recruitment agency is seeking a Technical Manager to coordinate projects in Bristol and the South West. This role involves managing technical information, liaising with external consultants, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a strong technical knowledge base, ideally in housebuilding, and experience in a design background. A HNC/HND in a related field is required, and proficiency with AutoCad is essential. The position offers a salary of £75,000 per annum plus benefits.

We are now looking to recruit a talented Technical Manager (or Technical Coordinator/Senior Coordinator looking to step up) to join the Technical Team. This role reports to Technical Director and will have regular contact with external consultants.
The purpose of the role is to coordinate all technical information including Building Design, Highways, Drainage, Utilities and Sustainability on projects from inception to completion whilst working to the Management team’s technical brief.
