Job summary

A national home builder is seeking a Technical Manager in Billingham to lead the Architectural and Engineering activities from land appraisal to final adoption of developments. Qualifications

• Relevant qualification and/or broad experience in Technical/planning with an Engineering focus.
• Good knowledge of the development process and commercial awareness.
• Previous experience as a project or discipline manager in a development organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and appraising development opportunities.
• Advise on securing planning approvals in line with Group policies.
• Manage external planning and engineering consultants.
