CRM Executive
We are currently recruiting for 2 CRM Executives to join our dynamic Marketing team on 6–9 month secondments.
Responsibilities
- Build Braze templates, canvases and liquid logic for email and SMS.
- Analyse data to identify winning variants and support marketing teams across all Braze channels.
- Explore new use cases that drive growth and proactively identify improvements.
- Test Braze Beta features and advance the platform to enhance overall customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and transactional teams to deliver campaigns across Email, SMS and Web.
- Self‑identify problems and tasks with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of Braze, building templates and campaigns, understanding canvases and liquid logic, proven examples for both email and SMS.
- Experience with data analysis, establishing winning variants from ongoing optimisations.
- Strong desire to develop and test Braze Beta products and develop new use cases for emerging features.
- Experience using tools such as Mixpanel, Databricks, Tableau and Jira.
- Analytical and commercial mindset with a trading focus.
- Creative and inspired mindset with some UX experience.
