A regional health trust in the United Kingdom is looking for a full-time Technical Instructor for their Discharge Home to Assess Team. This role involves providing clinical support to patients in their homes, maintaining treatment records, and participating in health promotion initiatives. Ideal candidates will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in health-related qualifications. The position offers flexible working options and a supportive environment.
We are looking for full time Technical Instructor to join us our Discharge Home to Assess Team, covering the East Hertfordshire corridor (from Cuffley to Bishops Stortford).
Working within a multi-disciplinary team of health and social care professionals, providing support for clinical care to patients closer to home as part of the patient pathway from the acute sector through to discharge.
