Our team of customer-focused problem solvers are passionate about helping organisations to communicate better. We do this together by constantly working to improve every service and product we offer. With offices in Manchester, New York, Dubai, Tulsa, Warsaw and Manila, we operate across North America, EMEA, and Australia.

Whether you’re a developer fresh out of college or a seasoned salesperson, we live the motto that we uphold for our customers: our people are our most valuable assets.

We are looking for a Technical Email Marketing Manager who will own the end-to-end execution, performance, and strategy for our email marketing channel. In this role you will be a key driver in our marketing operations and demand generation function, responsible for leveraging email to maximize customer and prospect engagement, drive pipeline growth, and achieve our key business objectives.

You will be a hands-on executor for all email campaigns while simultaneously acting as the primary analyst and strategist for the channel. You will ensure our email campaigns are launched flawlessly, communicate results clearly, and continually propose improvements to optimise performance.

This role is perfect for a meticulous, independent, technically minded doer who is passionate about translating data insights into high-impact email strategies.

A little about you...
Email Strategy & Performance Ownership
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Actively monitor email campaign results (opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes) on a daily and weekly basis, providing clear, concise reports and actionable insights to the Demand Generation team.
  • Strategic Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement A/B tests and optimizations for email content, subject lines, send times, and audience segmentation to increase engagement, meeting bookings, and opportunity creation.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Focus: Strategically utilize email marketing to drive pipeline growth, nurture leads, and maximize the number of qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline contribution from the email channel.
  • Conversion Tracking & Attribution: Work with the rest of the demand team on attribution, to ensure we capture signals for the correct channels, and campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Operations
  • Email Campaign Execution: Be the primary builder, tester, and launcher of all email sends and complex email nurture workflows within our Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot), and flows for existing contacts (Clari.)
  • Database Management: Own the strategy for lead segmentation, list cleaning, and database health to ensure high deliverability and compliance.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA on all email assets to ensure flawless execution, accurate tracking, and a seamless user experience across all devices.
  • System Integration: Ensure the smooth and accurate flow of email data between our marketing automation platform (HubSpot), flow management (Clari), and our CRM (Salesforce), troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Technical Configuration: Resolve deliverability issues, configuration issues, build workflows, keep the systems healthy and operational.
  • Reporting: Analyse, and report on performance and trends.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation for email campaign procedures, system configurations, and channel best practices.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with Website, Content, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to understand campaign requirements and translate them into high-performing email assets, and feedback own observations which can then be utilized in other channels as a part of a cohesive overarching strategy.
  • Provide regular, proactive communication to stakeholders regarding campaign launch status, key performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
About the role...
  • Experience: Approximately 5 years of hands‑on experience in a B2B email marketing or campaign management role, preferably within a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
  • Email Channel Ownership: Proven track record of owning the email channel, setting strategy, executing campaigns, and reporting on results to drive meetings/pipeline.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong, direct experience with a major marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Clari, etc.). Hands‑on HubSpot experience is a significant advantage.
  • Data Proficiency: A solid working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Clari, etc., including a clear understanding of objects, fields, and campaign functionality, specifically as they relate to email performance and attribution.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn email metrics into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for detail and a natural ability for quality assurance—you can spot an error from a mile away.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present results and strategies effectively to cross‑functional teams.
  • Holistic Sales Funnel Understanding: Understanding of, and taking an interest in other active channels, activities, and how prospects and customers engage with us and flow through the funnel.
  • Independent & Self‑Starter: Ability to unblock, and progress, focusing on execution. Simple, and fast solutions over long drawn‑out planning stages that lead to nowhere.
  • Fixer Mentality: Roll up sleeves, fix, and execute.
