Job Title: Data Entry Administrator - Aerospace Manufacturing

  • 📍 Location: Clevedon nr Bristol
  • 💰 Rate: £14-£15 per hour

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for working with technical data? We're looking for a Data Entry Administrator to support a key digitalisation project within the aerospace manufacturing sector.

This could suit someone with experience in working with engineering/technical information with good Excel skills and attention to detail. Or perhaps you have an engineering degree or qualification and you are looking for a role within the engineering sector.

Role Overview

You'll play a vital role in transferring design drawings from a network location into a PLM system (Windchill). This involves:

  • Reading and extracting key data from engineering drawings and spreadsheets
  • Capturing details such as diameters, tolerances, treatments, customer names, issue levels, BOM structures, and more
  • Populating a master spreadsheet with both drawing-based and externally sourced data
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with spreadsheets and data entry
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings (preferred but not essential)
  • Familiarity with PLM systems like Windchill is a plus
