Technical Coordinator – North London

Salary: Up to £45,000 + pkg

Location: North London

Region: London

One of the leaders of property development across London and on the outskirts of the M25 who have grown steadily with unrivaled track record of consistent business. Strong reputation within the construction industry and now working across several divisions providing new homes and apartments.

They are an award-winning company that maintain strong objectives whilst delivering projects on time to budget whilst maintaining a great relationship with all clients and customers.

They have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes.

Technical Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Deliver practical and cost-effective technical services
  • Oversee the Technical department to ensure that best practice is followed
  • Supervision of fees and budget for each development.
  • Accountable for site evaluation, architectural and engineering design, the investigation of technical problems
  • Review planning, NHBC Conditions and other required approvals.
  • Identify client handover requirements. Assemble all documentation and statutory approvals
  • Liaise with Principal Designer throughout the design process and in the preparation of the Safety File.
Personal Specification & Requirements
  • Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
  • Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
  • Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
  • Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
  • Degree qualified or Equivalent
  • Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Experience working for an Architectural and Design & Build consultancy.
  • Excellent face-to-face and written communications
  • Proven project experience within a Residential environment
