Overview

Senior Technical Coordinator

Up to £70k DOE plus company package

Location: Vauxhall or Harrow

About the Company:

Our client are a new London Developer part of much larger group who are in the process of rapidly growing their team, currently working on 3 live RC Frame projects around London including residential affordable housing and student accommodation

Role

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator. They are looking for someone who has a solid work background and who has experience working for a Residential Developer. It is essential that you have knowledge of building processes covering, residential projects with ideally RC Frame high rise.

Responsibilities

• To manage the design process within a residential development project
• Monitor and advise on alternative, beneficial design as and where appropriate
• Liaise and ensure design implementation at contractor level is running smoothly
• To act as the primary contact for the design teams and production teams
• To advise on cost effectiveness of alternative methods of construction
• To co-ordinate the design information supplied to our construction division
• To manage compliance checks against specification and client requirements
• To manage design output to agreed programmes
• To liaise with Local Authorities, Building Control and Planning Departments

Requirements
