Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Technical Author role.
• Strong knowledge of JSPs and S1000D.
• Experience using Simple Technical English.
• Understanding of through-life support standards.

Responsibilities

• Producing and maintaining technical publications.
• Authoring and peer-reviewing ILS artefacts.
• Supporting bid submissions with technical content.
• Collaborating with internal teams.
• Driving continuous improvement in documentation.

Skills

Proven experience in a Technical Author role

Strong knowledge of JSPs

S1000D

Experience using Simple Technical English

Understanding of through-life support standards

Knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4

Education

Degree or HND/HNC qualified
