Overview

A major telecoms organisation is partnering with a global technology consultancy on a large-scale network transformation programme. They require an experienced Technical Author to review, update, and rewrite core network documentation that is currently outdated.

This role is focused on bringing clarity, structure, and accuracy to critical technical documents, ensuring they reflect current technologies, designs, and operational needs. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to produce clear, logical, and well-organised documentation hosted within an online repository (e.g., Confluence).
