TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE I, Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research (KI) - Langer Lab, is seeking to join the Jaklenec Group to develop injectable drug delivery systems for vaccines and therapeutics, focusing on mRNA-lipid nanoparticles. Responsibilities include designing, fabricating, and characterizing drug delivery materials, conducting rigorous testing using animal models, and performing various analyses.
The role involves:
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, material science, engineering, or related field; minimum of two years of relevant lab experience, including undergraduate experience; willingness to work with animals; experience in drug delivery, biomaterials, molecular biology, or related fields; strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED: Master's degree in a relevant field; experience with histology, flow cytometry, micro molding, lipid nanoparticle synthesis, and drug delivery material characterization.
