Are you an experienced Tech Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment? Are you immediately available / on short notice and looking for your next interim opportunity?

We are working with a tech scale up who are looking for a proactive Interim Tech Recruiter to join the team on an initial 9-to-12-month FTC. Talent is at the heart of their organisation, and their leaders recognise that acquiring the best talent will enable them to continue building world-class technologies, evolving their products, and providing the best service to their clients.

  • Recruit tech talent; engineering, data, security roles
  • Be knowledgeable of the tech industry, understand trends, changes, and relevant market information
  • Be able to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction to offer and acceptance
  • Have a proven track record of sourcing a high volume of high-quality tech talent whilst working to tight deadlines
Requirements

You will have at least 5 years' recruitment experience within tech (must have a mix of agency and in-house, or just agency)!
