A global healthcare provider in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a proactive Salesforce Business Partner to ensure their Salesforce platform aligns with business goals. The role involves collaborating with teams, leading Salesforce Administrators, and managing projects to deliver impactful solutions. Ideal candidates should have a solid Salesforce background, project management skills, and be eligible to work in the UK. We're on the lookout for a proactive and strategic Salesforce Business Partner to join our team. You’ll ensure our Salesforce platform aligns seamlessly with our business objectives, helping us maximise value across the organisation. Acting as the vital link between stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll foster understanding, collaboration, and the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
You’ll work closely with subject‑matter experts from various departments to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into a clear change roadmap. Supporting and leading a team of three Salesforce Administrators, you’ll collaborate with our development team to deliver impactful solutions. We’re seeking someone with a solid Salesforce background, ideally with experience as an administrator or developer, who is eager to evolve into a more strategic, business‑focused role.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
