As a Kitchen Team Member, you will support smooth kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a hygienic and organized workspace. You will work closely with the kitchen and wider team to deliver high‑quality dishes while adhering to food safety standards.

  • Maintain kitchen hygiene: keep the workspace clean, follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, and store ingredients properly.
  • Manage inventory: monitor stock levels, report shortages, assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing deliveries, and minimize food waste.
  • Coordinate time management: ensure dishes are ready on time, especially during peak service hours, and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Adapt to changes: adjust to menu changes or ingredient substitutions quickly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high‑pressure environment.
