Start as a Team Member and earn up to £14.25 per hour, including an hourly bonus and no zero‑hours contracts.

Responsibilities

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

Training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in store, supported by team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses.
