Overview

For an informal conversation about this challenging and rewarding role, please contact Natasha Stirling - Operational Lead. We are seeking a Team Manager for the Through Care service on a 24 month fixed term basis. You will lead a dedicated team of Social Workers and Personal Advisers providing high quality services to children in care. All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role. This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

You will be a passionate and experienced practitioner ready to lead a team to deliver positive outcomes for children in care. You will have a good understanding of relevant legislation and best practice and committed to achieving positive outcomes.
