A local government authority based in Hitchin is looking for a Team Manager for their Safeguarding Adults Service. You will be responsible for driving quality assurance and performance improvement while leading a team of Social Care Support Officers. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in quality improvement, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. As the Team Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and enhancing service effectiveness. You will lead a team of Social Care Support Officers and work closely with service managers, Business Intelligence, and multi-agency partners to deliver high standards and excellent outcomes for vulnerable adults.
