Job summary

About the Role...

As the Team Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and enhancing service effectiveness. You will lead a team of Social Care Support Officers and work closely with service managers, Business Intelligence, and multi-agency partners to deliver high standards and excellent outcomes for vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities...
  • Lead the implementation of quality and improvement initiatives across the Safeguarding Adults Service.
  • Oversee performance dashboards and service intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain robust quality assurance processes.
  • Provide expert analysis of performance data and support teams in addressing service issues.
  • Represent the service in meetings and contribute to strategic planning and governance.
  • Lead targeted support initiatives to reduce risk and improve safeguarding outcomes.
