About the role

As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that provides support to people with a range of low to high support needs.

This position will be managing a large purpose-built supported living complex with 13 personalised self-contained flats in Ruislip. A team made up of a deputy manager and support workers provides support to residents who have learning disabilities and some mental health diagnoses and physical disabilities.
