Team Manager

Location: Station Road, Ilford, IG6 1NB

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ Months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £35.13 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a diverse team including youth justice practitioners, social workers, probation officers, and other specialists.
  • Provide advice and support on professional issues and legal duties related to youth justice.
  • Be the first point of contact for daily queries.
  • Conduct regular supervision and case reviews to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
Person Specifications

Must Have:

  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of legal frameworks like the Crime and Disorder Act, Children Acts, and Youth Justice Standards.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in addressing disproportionality in youth justice.
  • Familiarity with HMIP Inspection Framework.
