This is an exciting opportunity to join the Judicial College Planning and Operational Support leadership team. The role suits someone with operational and leadership experience who can manage a busy team that works closely with judiciary and College colleagues to deliver a challenging training programme. The Judicial College supports the Lady Chief Justice and the Senior President of Tribunals in providing training for the judiciary, ensuring that seminars are well‑organised and innovative digital systems support delivery.
We will assess you against these behaviours during the selection process:
National salary range: £35,335 – £37,847. London salary range: £40,014 – £42,859.
Office locations: London, Leeds or Loughborough, with occasional travel to other sites based on training needs.
Full‑time role: 37 hours per week with a flexible working policy. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered where business need allows, subject to a minimum of 60% office time.
