Overview

We are looking for a permanent team member to work 30 - 40 hours per week in our Kingstown Subway store in Carlisle. As a Subway Team Leader you will be the face of our store. As well as preparing and serving delicious Subway sandwiches you will meet and greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service, as well as supervising daily operations and a small team of employees.

The ideal candidate / Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service, and in a supervisory role is desirable. Excellent communication skills; especially verbal and a winning attitude is required. Must be available weekends.

Main responsibilities

• Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
• Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
• Customer service, till use and store cleanliness
• Stock control
• Checking in deliveries
• Coaching newer or less experienced team members

Payrates

• Age 18-21 - £12.45ph
• Age 21 and over - £12.82ph
