A local government body in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader for the Street Cleansing team. The role involves managing various street cleaning services such as litter bin emptying and street care. Ideal candidates should have approximately 2 years’ experience in a related field and either possess an LGV License or be willing to train. The purpose of the role is to assist in the management of all Street Cleansing Services, including, but not limited to mechanical and manual sweeping, litter bin emptying, fly tip removal, street care, Town Centre activities, house clearances, gulley emptying and volunteering, ensuring services are delivered with the highest possible standard.
The role requires approximately 2 years' experience working in Street Cleansing or another related field.
