What you’ll be doing as a Team Leader

We are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to enhance our team, and help us be the best at what we do.

  • You will oversee the day‑to‑day activities of the front‑of‑house team, be knowledgeable about all the products we sell on the bar and in the restaurant area and be able to make recommendations and upsell.
  • You love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day.
  • With a passion for hospitality you will be able to supervise in a team‑focused environment.
  • You’ll be able to give clear direction, delegate and adapt to change.
  • You will also be extremely organised and have strong decision‑making skills.
Your Pub – The Nursery Inn
  • The Nursery Inn in Heaton Norris is at the heart of the community, hosting a large bowling green and regular entertainment for locals. It is a particularly busy site.
  • There is a high‑quality value‑led food menu offering a variety for customers.
  • Televised sport and regular entertainment are always well received by regulars.
