Overview

Job Title: Children’s Residential Team Leader

Salary: 33,529 per annum

Location: Northolt, UB6

Our client has a strong presence in the residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs. They have recently achieved record Ofsted ratings and aim for Outstanding across all homes. They are seeking a dedicated Children’s Team Leader to join a 5-bed home in the New Malden area and drive the team’s passion and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Support staff to promote independence and encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community.
  • Advocate for service users and ensure high standards of care in an Ofsted-regulated setting.
  • Lead and develop a team at the 5-bed home, driving continuous improvement and a positive culture.
