Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership or management role demonstrating effective coaching and mentoring skills.

  • Familiarity with the employability/recruitment industry and contractual delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Employment Specialists focusing on the IPS approach for health service users.
