A dedicated support service in Luton is looking for a Team Leader to supervise frontline teams delivering trauma-informed domestic abuse services. You will ensure high standards in service delivery while maintaining compliance with safeguarding and other regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic abuse support, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with partner agencies. This full-time role offers a salary of £30,095 per annum plus benefits.
Team Leader

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Team Leader to join a specialist support service working with women and children affected by gender-based violence. This role sits within a trauma-informed, person-centred service that responds flexibly to the needs of survivors.
As a Team Leader you will supervise and support frontline staff, ensuring high-quality delivery of refuge and community services while maintaining compliance with safeguarding, legislation and organisational policies. You will oversee case allocation, performance management and service outcomes.
The Team Leader role also involves partnership working with external agencies, contributing to service development and promoting values-led, anti-discriminatory practice. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting and developing a skilled operational team.
